4. Payment Terms

All orders on ShadabXParfum are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we deliver only within India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner. Delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

7. No Return Policy

Perfume products fall under the non-returnable and non-exchange category due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

8. Damaged / Wrong Product Policy

In case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect product delivery, an open-box delivery video is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened. Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the intellectual property of ShadabXParfum. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
