Refund & Replacement Policy

No Return & No Cancellation Policy

All products sold on our website are prepaid and fall under the non-returnable category. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns or cancellations are not allowed once the order is delivered.

Perfume products are classified as hygiene-sensitive items and cannot be resold after delivery. Hence, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Replacement / Refund Eligibility

Replacement or refund will be considered only in the following cases:

Mandatory Open-Box Video

To raise any request related to damage, leakage, or incorrect product, an open-box delivery video is strictly mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

Claims without an open-box video will not be accepted.

Refund or Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified, we will offer a replacement. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide replacement or refund in the following cases:

ShadabXParfum reserves the right to accept or reject any request after proper verification. Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
